Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by UNIQUE by KB Anitha (the "Studio", "we", "us") to answer common privacy questions about how information you share on this website is handled. It applies to visitors of uniquebyanithaa.com and people who contact us through our enquiry form, WhatsApp button, phone or email.

• Enquiry details you send us: name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email, event date, city or venue and any message you type into our enquiry, contact or booking forms.
• Basic technical information: the page you visited and the approximate time — collected only for essential site operation and to prevent abuse.
• Nothing about payments on this site: we do not process payments on uniquebyanithaa.com. Any booking advance is handled outside the site (bank transfer or UPI) after you speak with us directly.

• To reply to your enquiry personally on WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To schedule your trial, wedding day or shoot.
• To keep an internal record of your booking so we can serve you on the day.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing to people who have not explicitly asked to hear from us.

Enquiries submitted through our forms are stored in our secure backend (Lovable Cloud). Where enabled, a copy is also written to a private Google Sheet that only the Studio can access, so Anitha can respond quickly on the phone. WhatsApp and email conversations sit inside those respective apps on the Studio's devices.

• Google Sheets — used, when enabled, as a secondary place to keep enquiries handy for the Studio.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — used when you click the WhatsApp button; your chat is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Google Maps — the studio-location map on our Contact page is embedded from Google Maps.
• We do not embed advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.

The site uses only essential technical storage needed to keep the page functioning (for example, remembering your theme choice or hiding a popup you've already dismissed). We do not run advertising cookies. Some embedded third-party widgets, such as the Google Maps embed on the Contact page, may set their own cookies when you interact with them.

We keep enquiry records for as long as we're actively in touch about your booking, and for a reasonable period after your event so we can reference past work. You can ask us to delete your details at any time (see the next section).

• Access or correction: email uniqueanu15@gmail.com and we'll send you a copy of what we hold or update it.
• Deletion: email the same address and ask us to delete your enquiry — we'll confirm once it's done.
• Opting out of contact: reply "STOP" on WhatsApp or email us and we'll take you off any future outreach.

Our services are directed to adult clients. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted an enquiry, please contact us and we'll remove it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information you share, but no online transmission is ever completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive personal identifiers through our forms — a name, phone number and event date are enough for us to help you.

We may update this page as our services and integrations evolve. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
